One of my craziest butt workouts to date. You might cry. But at least your booty will get a nice lift and roundedness to it :)
I was really scared when I watched it before my workout. Indeed I couldn’t keep the regular form and soon had to be on my thighs u__u But I pushed myself as hard as I could in the easier form, and could raise my legs much higher this way! Next time, I’ll last longer.
